It's a nicely newly restored villa, with a long history so it is nice to see the history is being brought back to life. The interior decorations design is carefully selected and it was interesting to see the beautiful touches like the stained glass windows, the modern fireplace, beautiful furniture.
The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was nicely decorated (loved the colourful sink).
The breakfast had a solid variety of choices.

Lovely inn but if you’re arriving late at night after expected arrival time, be prepared to get help if you can’t read German.No one was at the check in desk when we arrived but a kindly guest helped us reach the owner and someone came promptly to open our room. The breakfast is wonderful!

Alexandra, Ava, and the entire staff were the best! Very friendly and helpful for everything we needed and wanted to do in Passau. The hotel location was perfect and in a quiet part of town. Highly recommend!

Great parking and entrance areas, the staff were all very kind ava helpful, and the room was perfect. Everything was clean. It was a shared bathroom but that's no problem at all. It was a good, spacious bathroom.

The most spacious room we have stayed at, it is the size of a nice apartment. Easy parking and late checking, not in the center of everything but still walkable. We would definitely stay again.

Just a quick stop over on our way home. We parked right in front of the hotel on the street. The rooms were very nice. The reception was friendly. Could have been a bit cooler in the rooms, but otherwise i would certainly recommend this hotel.
