The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, just what we needed to have a relaxing time after sightseeing and shopping during our days there. Room service evening meals were excellent in content and value and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We will definitely book again."

"I like and appreciate everything about Sofitel London Heathrow, except the lack of signage letting you know how to get there from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5... This is the second time I've stayed here, but this time I had a harder time finding the hotel, from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5, than I did 2 yrs ago... Better, meaning more, signage directing you to their reception lobby would greatly improve check-in after a long day of traveling."
