"Location was quiet and relatively convenient, located along a few bus routes and right across from two convenience stores. Service was fine. Staff mostly had a working grasp of English. The breakfast left a bit to be desired. I did not have dinner at the hotel restaurant so I cannot comment on it. As for rooms, they weren't great overall. The fridge was partially stocked with a mini bar selection. The toilets are in separate rooms from the sink and shower, so you invariably have to touch door handles between using the restroom and washing your hands. The shower also has no shower curtain, so it's difficult to avoid water getting everywhere. The shower vent fan also only works when you are actively pressing the switch, which makes it rather useless, as you can't physically hold the switch down to prevent the room from steaming over while you're in the shower. The tap is impossibly finnicky. The water is either room temperature or scalding hot, and sometimes you move the handle further in one direction and the temperature goes the other way. It's genuinely an enigma. You are also only provided with one "hand and body shampoo". Most hotels provide separate hair shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap or at least a few of these items in my experience. The furniture also felt poorly thought out. There was no desk, only a dresser that could serve as a poor substitute. There was no chair, only an uncomfortable folding stool. Room also wasn't very clean on arrival. "

"Our group only had 1 night here. The stay was pretty comfortable, although it was quite difficult sharing 1 bathroom amongst 5 adults, but we managed. Space was sufficient for us and overall stay was comfortable. Only thing was that floor of the room was like stone/concrete, which didn’t seem comfortable to walk around barefooted. Thankfully we had slippers. There is no free parking onsite, but there is street side parking."

"Modernized 18th century building turned into a hotel. In the middle of vinyards surrounded by small wineries. I plan to return someday. "

"The hotel has charm and is located quite near the historic old town center and within walking distance to the museums; the staff is friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide selection of foods, very authentic Austrian ambiance to the breakfast and the hotel. The short comings are that there is no kettle or fridge with no food services at the hotel except for the breakfast buffet. The nearby restaurants are expensive though there are a few supermarkets within walking distance."

"I liked the modern style and artwork at the hotel. The staff was helpful when I had a need and the general ambiance was quite nice. There was however limited food resources and although there was a restaurant next door, other than that it was a long walk to any other place except for a campus sandwich shop. The breakfast bar was nice but crowded. "
