"They kindly upgraded my room thanks to my Expedia platinum, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and the attached restaurant is delicious. There was some confusion using my Expedia VIP 20% food discount but after letting the staff know they sorted it behind the scenes and came back to me once they had resolved the confusion.
My girlfriend loved the spa but unfortunately I didn’t get the time to go myself.
It’s an exceptional premium hotel experience in all aspects that I would struggle to find faults with.
