"De ligging van de woning is goed. De woning zelf was niet naar onze verwachtignen: de netheid was ondermaats, veel gerief van de eigenaars zelf dat blijven staan was. De eindafrekening verliep niet zonder problemen: we hedden bij reservering gekozen om de eindschoonmaak zelf te doe maar toch stonden de kosten voor de schoonmaak op de eindafrekening."

"We were 3 adults and slept in Cozy Heaven for 2 nights. The beds were comfortable. It's a quiet place. We checked in very late but that wasn't a problem. The next bus stop is very close, so you can easily travel by public transport. We found everything what we needed for a short trip (towels, hairdryer, tee). "

"Stay the Skibby away from this place! Inaccessible, including the water. Zero communication from the host despite multiple attempts. Good luck trying to park a van in the property!"

"Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, umgeben von einem großen Garten und einer schönen Holzterrasse. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und Equipment für den Aufenthalt draußen. Leider funktionierten ein paar Lampen nicht (Glühbirnen kaputt). Die Bettdecken waren zum Teil fleckig. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber voll gestimmt."

"A lovely property and very private. Check-in was very easy. Bedrooms are a bit small, but bathrooms and kitchen are large and efficient. The house overall was well appointed and bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were very clean. The common areas and windows could have used to look a bit more cleaning. Billiards, indoor pool and sauna add value. Could use some umbrellas for shade on otherwise very lovely deck. A great stay and would recommend house. "

"Very nice spacious house in a beautiful huge garden with two terrasses and lots of space. The outside of the house is full with spiderwebs, difficult to clean we understand. The inside of the house is personally decorated, cosy. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you ever need. We had a great time."

"Positiv: schönes Naturgrundstück in sehr guter Lage Ausstattung ausreichend Negativ: -Sonnenliegen fehlten -Keine Wilkommensmappe mit Hinweisen bzgl. WLAN-Passwort und Hauptschalter für Strom -Kommunikation mit der Agentur unterirdisch (ewige Warteschleifen mit weiterverbinden in nächste Warteschleife) - die Zufahrt zum Grundstück zerfahren - die Wege um das Haus völlig ungepflegt - Fernsehen nur über WLAN - Sauberkeit mittelmäßig"
