"There seemed to be confusion over the role of VRBO and the Property Manager (PM). I had to call the PM to get the lockbox code, receive instructions on the wifi and TV. There were no written instructions in the home or on the app. The PM was available on the phone. Some basics were missing: wine glasses, dish cloths, tea towels. "To start we trouble shoot all the days we were there to get wifi working, we tried multiple accounts and no luck getting access. My family ended up paying for a lot of overage charges for internet. The property promised AC and that temp should reach between 20-22 degrees. They did say it was addressed when we were off the property, but it was not, and we had a temp exceeding 25 degrees so horrible sleeping at night.
