"it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. If you go to the reception to use the gel from there you will get some strange looks. the room itself was clean, except 2 forks and 2 knifes you don't get anything with the room. the fridge and the AC are unplugged from the socket, so you need to do it...

"The Riva Hotel was great, lovely staff, Irenia, and the patio was enormous and well furnished. The kitchen had issues and could have used both a microwave and a few more drawers for utensils and food. Also there could have been more lamps for reading in the bedroom and another comfortable chair in the living room. My biggest issue was that there was a power outage for 8 hours and a water outage the next day for over 12 hours. Neither time did the staff attempt to tell us what was going on. I...

"We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. "I loved how the property had its own balcony in the living room and then another for one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were very nice, and the whole layout of the apartment was simple and elegant.
