"A great, cute and quiet retreat, which I regrettably only stayed in for one night, as I enjoyed eating my takeaway pizza (rock'n'roll) sat out as the sun set and listening to the wildlife. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again, recommend."

"It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous. "

"The property was excellent, lovely hosts . The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk."

"Found the property easily and check in was seamless. Taken aback by the poor state of the entrance and even more by the staircase leading to the door of the appartment. Once in, everything was fine. Cleanliness was OK, bathroom floors could have done with a closer look and hairs were find in bedsheets... The 3* come from the fact that the bedroom with the yellow blancket was right on the boulevard and the window was broken (couldnt be closed) and therefore kept creeping open onto a busy road...

"We had a mixed experience.The house felt a little squalid - fine for students, but a little bit of a shock:- small amounts litter and rubbish in front garden- unmown lawns / unfinished back garden- bathroom had been finished by an amateur DIYer...and had lots of grout where there should have been mastic- Kitchen is well past sell by date with heavily chipped cabinetsOn the plus side:- Location was calm and quiet (albeit backing onto a council estate)- Beds were reasonably comfortable- Space was...

"From the moment we arrived our host “Kristie”,looked after us throughout our stay. The Stables were super clean and had lots of lovely touches that make a real difference to a short break. Hot tub was squeaky clean and crystal clear, robes, footwear, towels of great quality were provided too. We will be back and we highly recommend both the property and host, too marks 😀"
