"Very clean rooms great air and heat . This is just a suggestion but if you plan to stay more than a few days. Go for one of the other units in the building that is more like a apartment. This room is like a hotel room."

"Tad was an excellent host; highly responsive and went out of his way to accommodate a specific need I had during my stay. I truly appreciated his attentiveness.Unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs unit made the overall experience quite unpleasant. A child ran back and forth across the apartment from early morning well into the evening, banged things on the floor, and rolled around in what sounded like a chair or scooter — constantly. It was simply untenable and significantly impacted my...

"I only stayed briefly but everything was excellent. Clean, well decorated & furnished, excellent communication from hosts. My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. If you're sensitive about the sort of thing you might want to be careful."

"Everything was super easy with this property. It was clean and a lot bigger than we expected. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament. What’s really fantastic about this property is the common area. If you are traveling with multiple families this would be an amazing place to stay and really take advantage of how great unique this property is. "

"This place is great for a getaway with friends. It’s in a peaceful cul de sac and on the water. There are convenient places to shop and eat. We enjoyed grilling out, and having conversations in the comfortable sitting rooms. We had everything we needed!"

"Host was great to communicate and nice variety of beds in the room. Plenty of space for a group. The one bathroom is a bit on the small side. While I really appreciate how the shower was nice and hot, the water pressure left a lot to desire. We also cooked several meals and would have love some more options for cooking items such as different pans, mixing bowls, etc. But only being two miles from Notre Dame was a huge plus. Would recommend for any group coming in."

"Check in was a fiasco. Not just for me, but everyone who had a reservation. There was a message on the door that all reservaions had been canceled. However, there was a line of nearly 20 people waiting to check in their room. After about an hour +, we finally was giver a room. The clerk stated that my room was already occupied??? I showed the conf # & email from Bonvilla; she did not recognize or heard of that name. I told her that I believe that is the owner who lives in Switzerland. Some were...

"We had a wonderful stay. Communication was very easy. Property was updated and comfortable."

"Great experience and cannot say enough positive things about the home! It had everything we needed for our family for the weekend."
