"Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

"This property is stunning. The house is beautiful and secluded yet close to town and Ski Cooper. We had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen and everything was clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again."

"This house is convenient to all things Leadville. We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with family from across the country. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and lots of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking ware and condiments/spices. Overall, a perfect place for our needs."

The only feedback is that the oven didnt work which the property management and maintenance was very responsive. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the oven during our stay. "This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). "Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, simple to use and timely!...

"First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. The hosts sent someone over to make them. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until bedtime that there were no top sheets on the three beds she made. Also, the thermostat automatically turned down...

Tucked away in West Vail, it was easily accessible, close to the bus line and freeway, and provided ample room for our family's mud season visit to Vail. Super clean and tidy, with all the amenities of home. The property manager was very accessible, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We will definitely check for availability here when we plan our next trip to Vail!"

"Beautiful property with a very well appointed kitchen, tons of spices, olive oils, and other essentials ready for use. The main living room area is super comfortable, downstairs living room and kitchenette is very convenient, playstation 4 included in case you have kids, and the private jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. Plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper, etc.. We had a small contained leak in the water heater closet but management was very responsive and sent someone over to fix...

"We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This property is in a great location if traveling with kids. Located in a cul-de-sac that doesn't get much traffic. The kids could bike and play in the front without us worrying about cars. There are a few parks located within 5 minutes of the house. Vail is a 30 minute drive and there are a lot of beautiful hikes close by. The river in the backyard is the best part of this house. Open the windows at night to enjoy the sound of the river....

"Beautiful area, right by creek. The fitness center and locker rooms are very clean, spa like. Hot tubs and pool were wonderful as was our yoga class. The condo was renovated and beautiful. Highly recommend! "
