"Clean"

"Clean room, comfy beds, good breakfast, AC working, but kind of loud"

"Pool no working for some reason."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! I will definitely be back!"

"We loved the stay for Austin City Limits! Great location, good breakfast and the pool was nice after a long day in the heat"

"We have stayed here four time now and every time it has been a great stay. Prices are reasonable and rooms are clean. One thing I would like more is if the AC was colder but overall I would recommend"

"The staff was very friendly, cordial, helpful, and informative"

"Great area! Bright light coming in thru windows due to hall lighting and odd smell in unit with very few towels. Overall a fine stay."

"Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a lovely pool."

"Overall, our stay at this property was decent the staff and anyone we interacted with we’re very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, which was nice. We forgot Q-tips though and they wanted to charge us $8.50 for a small little container of Q-tips, which is insanity. We had a small leak in the ceiling above our toilet that would require the toilet to be wiped off the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. Some of the enamel was chipping off the inside of the tub one of the TV...

"It feels a little run down, the bedding was paper thin, little light in the room. The entrance from the highway is almost invisible, I missed it and had to go around. After 10am there is no restaurant service, no coffee, nothing. Parking is good though. And friendly front desk staff."

"It was my first time in Austin and I only had 2 nights and my only regret is not staying longer. And part of why I enjoyed my stay was staying at this exceptional hotel. Loved the setup of the hotel which felt different and lovely. Loved my room which was on the fourth floor. Bed was cozy, tv channels were great especially having access to HBO, bathroom was lovely, I also felt safe in the hotel and room. I also loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants. Looking forward to coming...

"It was OK, they ask if you have a vehicle and then tell you they charge you $4 for parking, but then don't give you a tag or take note of your plate (how do they know if you do/don't have a car) leaving you feeling you got cheated. The tap water is basically so bad tasting its undrinkable and want to charge $4 for a small 12oz bottle of water. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 on weekends. So just overall OK, but would choose somewhere else next time I'm in Austin."
