"Amazing stay. Brand new facility in an excellent location. Greatest owners/staff. Owned by a family. Breakfast was literally from farm/garden to table. Everything that was served was either from the family farm or the garden. Very nice spacious rooms with ample amenities. Absolutely, loved it. Great bakery in walking distance. Food choice on the other hand is not so great (in town). "

"As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "

"The only positive aspect of our stay was that the owner really tried but unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful: 1. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the restaurant and the service. The menu had very limited options and the staff failed to accommodate our dietary restrictions (due to health concerns).
