"Great service and responsive to any issues. Carpet in room had a smell. Maintenance was very responsive to address the issue. However, I think corporate should have a better schedule to replace the carpet. It was obvious that it had far passed its useful life."

"The staff at the front desk was friendly and attentive. However, the only negative thing was the housekeeping staff. They were not punctual at all. They didn’t have many rooms ready at 4pm (the actual check in time), leaving people in the lobby waiting for their room to be available. Other than that, the casino and the view of the city from the room was great! The pool and workout facilities were also a nice touch."
