I had an issue with my room and the staff bent over backwards to sort things out for me in a very speedy fashion. All the staff except one were utterly fantastic. Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel
The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins.
