This home was terrific! The layout was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the home was clean. Our favorite feature about the home was the ground level, where we played board games and corn hole tournaments every night. We would definitely come to this house again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Island Cotton Cottage on Edisto Island. We enjoyed meals on the screened porches and especially liked sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Great place for our family!!

This was a perfect house for the eight of us and two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked, super comfortable and casually decorated. The outdoor space was great, although we didn’t do it justice. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach.

This place is precious! I’m obsessed with the porch swing. It was the perfect family beach trip spot. Our daughter had fun running around the open floor plan, exploring the porches, and playing with all the games in the open garage on the first level. We’d love to come back the same time next year!

I'll yell you what! That bench swing tl on the back porch should be anyone's kicker for choosing this place. Phenomenal place. Yes there was some pet hair, but what do you expect for a place that allows pets? The place was cool, and comfortable at night. The undercroft area was sweet! Loved that the outdoor shower underneath had warm water flow! The bunk beds made my little kids' dreams come true and the whole family enjoyed the beauty of the island from this home base in the jungle. Love the kitchen! Fully stocked! Olive oil, sea salt, spices, paper towels, you name it! Highly recommend!

A wonderful beach house in a good location! Loved the screened porches and swing bed most of all. The kitchen is well stocked. We all were pleased that ample paper products and supplies were provided. Plenty of covered parking and 2 hoses were much appreciated for spraying off our cars. I don't think there is a car wash on the island. I always love an outdoor shower too! We did contact the rental company when a few things weren't as clean as we expected and they were quick to respond and address the issue. Very nice folks to deal with! Make sure you don't have the doorknob set to lock on the porch on the Jungle Rd. side of house. We really aren't sure how that happened since it had not been locked. Since there are no steps, nobody can get to the deck and porch, so I suggest changing it. The main entry door doesn't lock except for a deadbolt. I was locked out for an hour before a neighbor rescued me. My travel buddies were gone for hours. The shaded lot was lovely and I imagine a huge plus in the summertime. The full-time neighbors were so nice and friendly too. I'll definitely visit again!

We traveled with our children and grandchildren this trip. This house was perfect for having plenty of space and sitting areas so we were not on top of each other. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit for s’mores and the kids claimed the porch with the hanging swing as theirs. Plenty of games for everyone. They were a little disappointed they didn’t have TVs in their rooms but it just made for more time spent together doing other things! A new favorite house to stay!

It's the little things that make a trip. This house had tons of dishes and cookware, so cooking and eating didn't come with any hassle. There was plenty of space for all and the multiple outdoor spaces, screened and open, made relaxing mandatory. The heated outside shower was a great feature. We'll be back!

The home is big and comfy for the 2 families. We like how each family got one side of the house and a washroom. With living space and kitchen in the middle. The beach is 3 mins walk and very private. The area is quite and friendly.
