"This is a well cared for older home that is a vital reminder of Edisto as it used to be. I hope this, and other homes like it will continue to be a part of the community for years and years to come. The house was clean and as pictured, the host was gracious and understanding of our needs. The only thing that was hard for me to do was to communicate back to the host during our stay to let her know for future guests small things that did not meet the description such as no blender or beach towels in the home and a need for more toiletries at the sinks and showers. Not a big deal as we brought everything we needed. I do not mention this as a complaint and not something I would put in a review for other guests. The beach chairs, the porch furniture, the outside shower and rinse off locations were wonderful, so many details that we enjoyed very much. Thank you to Roxanne (I think perhaps my inability to communicate adequately during the stay may have had something to do with my insufficient computer skills...) "We always takes little extras because typically most properties miss including them. Not this place, they have thought of it all! Most impressive. We couldn't wait to see when our schedules allowed us to revisit."

"We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. It didn’t bother us and the vacationers weren’t rowdy when we were there but you can definitely hear their footsteps being a lower level condo. Nonetheless, it didn’t affect our stay at all. We enjoyed the time to relax and enjoy a not so busy beach during a busy beach season. We’d come back again."

"The property owner was amazing. GREAT response times. Emailed a question and within seconds had my answer, TWICE! The condo was beautiful and very clean. I really feel like this condo owner actually cares about the guest staying here. Loved the gated community. I’d rank this at my top 3!"

"This was my first visit to Edisto and hopefully not my last. We really enjoyed our time! This property has a fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels which is appreciated. We spent the most time on the screened-in porch. It was wonderful listening to the birds and watching deer. The owner of this property is so sweet. Any question we had was answered immediately. I would definitely come back and stay here!"
