Location is opposite the optimo express Erdine station so perfect if you're travelling on from there. Breakfast and staff all good. I found the bed uncomfortable, pillows rock hard and the night light very bright so didn't sleep well.

Ideal location

The hotel staff gave me a friendly greeting and explained all I needed to know. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and Optima Express terminal. Some traffic noise could be heard, but I slept well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The building is new and everything is in order. The breakfast was very generous, room spaces are more than adequate. Staff members speak English and very kind, understanding and cooperative. Special thank you to Mustafa for making our stay very smooth and special.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Theres plenty of stores and shops within walking distance. I had a nice, clean,and modern room. Which gave me my best nights sleep in a couple weeks.

As soon as we arrived I was directed to underground parking. You can't beat that. The room was spotless and very modern. Great air conditioning comfortable bed and coffee in the room. The staff were helpful in every way. If we needed another blanket of some more coffee they were there to help immediately. Very highly recommend.

The room was fine; however, the minibar was broken, and the staff misinformed me when I mentioned it, saying it was just weak and would take some time to cool. Based on the information the staff provided, I put my cold drinks and ice in it, but it didn't keep them cool, and I found my ice melted when I checked out. There were also ants present in the room, which I personally didn't care for. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and bland; there were plenty of choices, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality. The juice machine, however, was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it. The breakfast buffet staff also weren't very helpful, and they seemed like they were being forced to work there. Lastly, my mother had stomach problems after eating the food, which also reflected the low quality of the breakfast. The hotel was full of Turkish expat families and their children who wanted to rest before or after crossing the border, which might be an issue for those seeking peace and quiet. Overall, it's a mediocre place to stay and definitely not worth the price; I wouldn't recommend it.
