"The staff were so helpful & kind would def stay again"

"The property itself was okay, served the purpose of a room to sleep in, but definitely could benefit from a deep clean and some minor upgrades. It’s quiet, which is very nice. There is a bus stop right outside the building, which is convenient, but it’s about 30 minutes to get downtown. The restaurant downstairs is great and the staff is all friendly and nice."

"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"Everthing was great, but I seen a mouse."

"Overall a not bad place to stay BUT ....... We travel extensively and stay in lot of hotels in the USA and Canada. We were conditioned to free WiFi. This hotel offers FREE WiFi for 30 minutes a day and you have to pay a fee for usage beyond that. 30 minutes! It's not like they undercharge for their rooms and have to make up for it with extra fees."

"We loved the location And the food was great at the restaurant But it was noisy in the room At night into the wee hours with doors slamming. And the staff were not always present at the desk"

"Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood without the mobs of tourists. The building is beautiful and quite sprawling. I was on the 2nd floor and had incredible views of Dean village. On clear days you can see quite far beyond the city into the mountains and sea. My room was spacious and well stocked with coffee, espresso, tea, dishes, flatware, etc. I had control over the heat which i loved. The bed was quite comfortable and the furniture was quite nice. "Room was very clean, bed was great. Meal downstairs was excellent. We happened to be there on a Sunday and had the Sunday Roast, delicious."

"We stayed here for our 3 days in Edinburgh. We walked to most main attractions from this location. It was a bit out of the central area so it was nice and quiet but a further walk each day in order to get most places, but definitely do able. Rooms were very large, restaurant was excellent."

"Excellent stay, central location, luxury apartments. Lots of extra touches to make the stay very special."

"Well maintained and beautiful property. Very comfortable and convenient location. They made all of us feel home, even the little kid"
