"The cleaning staff entered the room two times while my wife and I were sleeping. The first time it happened I communicated reception and they said it'd not happen again, but it happened again 30 minutes after that. It felt really unsafe and there was a clear lack of communication in the team."

"An excellent location, close to the hop-on hop-off bus and museums. There seems to be a fair amount of dining options. The restaurant and bar in the lower level is quite good. We enjoyed their fish and chips for dinner. The the bar which is part of the restaurant has a nice selection of local beers. ..."
