A great visit for the New Year. Was blown away by the apartment, service and city! Everyone was super accommodating and for the price we were shocked at how luxurious the apartment was. Everything was good except three things: 1) No washer/dryer, 2) location is slightly off location from most tourist areas, 3) No elevator so expect lots of stair climbing with your luggage.

Very spacious and kuchen well equipped. The only thing I couldn't find were kitchen scissors so used a knife instead. Fixtures and fittings were high quality. Separate shower with a choice of overhead or hold shower head to rinse. Many fire doors to open /close within the apartment, so a bit noisy if trying to move about while someone was sleeping. Staff very helpful, gave us an early check in and assistance with our luggage.

The garden apt. was of a good size with good facilities. The bedrooms were large with large en suites. The apt. isneeding a bit of attention - frayed carpet, outside door requires painting, the underfloor heating & towel rail in one of the shower rooms did not work - or we could not get it to work.
