Roomzz was in a perfect position in Edinburgh. Parking available, friendly staff willing to answer and help with anything you asked. On top of the shopping centre at St James Quarter, conveniently located close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Recption was not very friendly - it was our honeymoon and staff don’t care to make the experience personable. Disappointing that there are no loan umbrellas for hotel guests given that Edinburgh is a rainy damp city. Reflects poorly on Edinburgh, no Scottish pride here. Convenient location and parking was great but other than that very cold vibes from everyone and everything.

We enjoyed the property for it’s location, cleanliness, amenities but our room needed Kleenex, regular outlet in the bathroom, and a bath mat in the shower because the floor was slippery. I would also appreciate a top sheet under the comforter. Staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel is inside of the St. James Mall. Walking distance to most of Highlights in the Old Town. Around 10-20 min. Some of them like the National Museum and Art Gallery are less. Closer to the Waverly Train station for Intercity and the Tram to the airport.
