Our room was clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect having 2 rooms while traveling as a family. Wonderful extra touch of a bottle of Prosecco on check in, perfect as we were getting ready to go to the tattoo Easy check in and a fantastic location. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit

Had a good 2 night stay here. I was in room 6 on the second floor. There are no lifts which wasn't an issue for me but please be aware. The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely, comfortable bed and stunning bathroom with a full stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle. I stayed at the weekend and their was some noise from outside with people enjoying a night out but it didn't affect my sleep.

Great location and comfortable clean room (we had one with an extra bedroom which we didn't use). Spacious bathroom as well and great shower. There was a few touch ups needed as paint flaking and sealant needed redoing, but really small stuff. The main bed was HUGE and super comfortable. However, as others have mentioned, the property doesn't have a lift and we were on the top floor. It took a lot to go all the way up even with just 1 large suitcase, so definitely a watch out for anyone with mobility problems or bulky items. We arrived after 4pm so didn't see any members of staff. Check in instructions were very clear so did not have a problem with that. Our room overlooked the back of the building and until midnight there was a low hum of the aircon units of the properties around, but it did not bother us too much.

Spacious room in a great location (new town) which we preferred. Very clean which we like. It was quite loud at night, so make sure you have a noise machine or are ok with traffic noise as the windows do not provide much noise insulation. The shower and tub were great and bed was large. It met my expectations!

The hosts were fantastic! We arrived to a sparkling clean apartment stocked with fresh fruit, coffee and many choices for bath products. The locations is perfect for exploring and it's a very comfortable place to return to after a long day exploring!

Neat place. Note there are 79 steps to the top floor (rooms 8 & 9). No AC if you are there when it is warmer. Enjoyed the separate rooms as we had 3 guests. Quiet room and decently comfortable bed (firm mattress). Would stay again.

Perfect for a weekend in Edinburgh

This was a family trip to the Christmas market. The location is fantastic, walking distance from the station, perfect for seeing all the attractions, shops and eateries. Everything was ready on time of us arriving, The restaurant in the building was fantastic and the staff were amazing. We will be back
