Spotlessly clean room, friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again
Very pleasant with a great breakfast. Rooms have high ceilings and overlook trees on a quiet majestic street. Very friendly staff and a large art collection to admire.
An outstanding boutique hotel in all ways imaginable. All members of the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for a week’s exploration of Edinburgh.
I loved the large room with a couch and sitting area. But especially, we really liked Johnathan and the way he took good care of us while at the hotel. Everything from recommendations on dinner to the whisky in the hotel whisky bar. He made everything even that much better. I highly recommend 24 Royal Terrace!
Great location. The team are always so friendly and approachable. Amazing whisky bar!

We loved 24 Royal Terrace. The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect - right next to Calton Hill. We walked everywhere. Our room (number 2) was huge! The bathtub was huge! We would highly recommend.
We had a really lovely stay at no 24. Such a great location and the hotel was quirky and fun, and the staff were all lovely.
The room (superior double) felt luxurious with a large roll top bath and comfy super king size bed.
Extremely comfortable apartment style hotel with the best shower in Europe. Huge living space with a kitchen and comfortable king size bed. Staff is very welcoming and location is convenient to the city on foot.
A lovely hotel with amazing staff - if you get a chance to do the whiskey tasting with the whiskey guy I would really recommend! It is more than a hotel, it is a beautiful art gallery and secret bar that makes it worth while!
If you cross a mountain road following Google you will be challenged for another hill. Staffs are very kind and especially I miss Arturo so much! You can try the bar to enjoy the home of whiskey. Breakfast was fantastic as well.
It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the interior is truly unique. I have stayed at many quality hotels in Edinburgh, but this one, is without a doubt, my favourite. Great rooms, comfortable beds, powerful showers and luxurious bath tubs. Easy on street parking. The breakfast is out of this world and must be one of the best in Britain. However best of all are the wonderful staff who are so welcoming and helpful.
Perhaps one of our finest hotels of all-time. Gracious service, individual attention, fantastic location, gorgeous rooms, and beautifully decorated. Couldn't ask for more.
Fabulous hotel with friendly service. Room was lovely and the public areas are quirky and interesting. Made use of the garden for a drink which was a real bonus.
What a find! Such a lovely hotel- the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. The breakfasts were amazing and everything was of the highest quality and such a variety of dishes all freshly prepared to order. It was so conveniently situated for walking into the city centre. I cannot recommend it enough
