"Mushroom hunted, walked and relaxed"

"Stayed at the cabin two nights (06/07 & 06/08) and had a great time. The property was very well maintained and included everything you could need for a great experience (minus food); although the breakfast danishes, s'mores kit, and fresh eggs were a nice touch. Enjoyed the pond, hot tub, game room, and fire pit along with the cabin...and of course, the privacy that the property provides. Would certainly recommend this property to others, and look forward to staying again."

"We really enjoyed this unique property, tucked away in the country yet close to everything. It was so peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond, the swing and the rockers on the porch. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the hosts were so easy to work with and very pleasant. We hope to stay there again!"

"The cabin was very clean and well stocked inside. Great location and only a few miles to the park and Nashville. We spent time at the fire pit and the wrap around deck. Very peaceful wooded lot. The deck could use a cleaning but that is expected being surrounded by trees. We had a great time and would recommend this property."

"I was unaware that even though this is a 3 bedroom place that I would be charged an extra $25 per person if I had more than 4 people stay at this location due to county rules. I brought my parents down for my son’s graduation and needed 3 bedrooms. I have stayed in Brown County before but I guess this is new."

"Cabin was nice and screened in porch perfect. Only thing that was difficult was only bedroom up steep steps. I slept downstairs. This is not a good cabin for older folks that can't climb up and down steep steps."

"This is a very spacious cabin tucked away in the woods near Nashville. It was warm, comfy and nicely appointed. I would recommend this cabin to a large family or group of friends as it has many welcoming spaces. Being in the woods, there is wildlife. During our stay, many birds visited the suet and at night, several raccoons tried their luck at the garbage cans."

"Had a nice quiet weekend away. The cabin was clean and well stocked with the bare necessities. A few of the lamps and overhead lights didn’t work or had a short but all in all, very cute cabin with good amenities."

"Legacy Lodge was just as wonderful as we had hoped. Two sisters who needed to get away for some quiet time. The house was very nice, clean and so very comfortable. Saw several species of birds, lots of rabbits, deer and fawns and even a hummingbird. The Jacuzzi was great too. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again."
