"Delighted with my stay! Simple but very quiet & clean single en-suite room (No.3 on 1st floor) overlooking the rear garden. Nice selection of breakfast options, pleasant manager(s) with excellent & speedy communication, parking outside, & the ‘Old Town’ within walking distance. "We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh. "

"We had the most incredible stay at The Queen's View for so many reasons. On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. "We stayed here a few nights to visit Edinburgh in festival month. The owner is very welcoming and friendly; but the standard is disappointing by today's standards. A dog seemed to have stayed in the room before us (she takes pets) which needed more thorough airing and cleaning. The room had a slightly tired feeling. The setting is lovely and it is handy for Edinburgh - 30 mins by car and a good train service from nearby Linlithgow."
