"We arrived for check-in at 3pm as stated on their website and per a phone call I had made earlier to confirm. They told us that our room would not be ready for 30 minutes to and hour and that they would call when it was ready. The hotel was under construction and very busy so we did give some grace considering. However, at 4pm no one had called and so we attempted to check in again. We were given keys to a room that had dirty towels on the bathroom floor, it had not been vacuumed, there was food all over the microwave and there was clumps of jelly on couch. We returned to the front desk and were given keys to another room. The room was dated but clean. "

"The room I stayed in had a bathroom door that would not fully stay closed and the latch was broken. One of the light fixtures was dangling off the ceiling and broken. The air conditioner was also not circulating properly."

En las habitaciones no hay servicio de limpieza y el control de la tele no tenía pilas ni tapa, no había amenidades en el baño, las camas no tenían cobija y por la noche la temperatura bajó demasiado, en el techo del baño había un agujero grande tapado con un trapo y del baño salieron cucarachas. No regresaré ahí."
