Grandstay Hotel And Suites Luverne

"We only stayed one night but certainly it was a pleasant stay. The staff we met at the desk was friendly. We had a nice large room and it was clean and had updated decor generally. The hotel seems to be in good shape generally. They might get some newer carpeting but it was a good place to stay when in Luverne. We would stay again."

"Overall nice and we’d visit, again. The house was very cute and up to date with the inside. I do suggest adding a door to the bathroom for more privacy. That was slightly different not having it, but you can close the bedroom door. The following might make it odd as to why I still gave it a 5-star, but it was an easy fix for us to wash what was there. I do want to provide the feedback, though: I recommend a comforter that can be washed easier between guest stays, in a smaller washer. We did have to wash it the first night as you could tell it was not washed between - contained a slight body odor, however, the sheets and everything else were cleaned. This might be more of a property management concern. It was just a little difficult to wash the comforter in the small washer, and I was a little grossed out knowing it hadn’t been cleaned prior."

"Lovely place, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and delightful town! My husband and two teenage boys had a lovely time using this as a home base - having game and movie nights after long days of exploring area state parks."

"Fun place - just one suggestion - we only had 2 salad forks and one regular fork in the kitchen. I wasn't expecting a full set for 12, but it got frustrating to wash my fork after every meal. And I understand it's not a full kitchen, but 20 at the Dollar Store for a rubber spatula, a mixing bowl and spoon, a cutting board and a chopping knife would be a nice addition."

"Clean, well furnished, modern decor, with plenty of space inside and outside! Beautiful location across the street from a park with a playground and a large yard and patio to hang out on. The host is quick to respond and we will definitely stay there again!"
