Unwind, recharge, and create unforgettable memories in this unique location (you’ll be amazed at how convenient our cottage is to everything-truly a midcoast hidden gem). A relaxing 10 minute walk across the bridge will take you to Wiscasset, where you’ll find shopping and dining options (including the legendary “Red’s Eats”) and a 15 minute drive will bring you to Damariscotta or Boothbay Harbor!

The space
We chose this home for our family after visiting the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort for almost 15 years. This house is perfect for families of all ages!
Our cottage is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, boasting a prime waterfront view and access to the private Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort deep water dock for boating and fishing. The spacious open-plan living area floods with natural light and a sense of spaciousness. There is a screened in porch to enjoy the cooler evenings without bugs. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a full ensuite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and deck are perfect for cooking or bbqing and outdoor dining. Relax around the fire pit under the stars. Enjoy high-speed internet, premium cable, and streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO max for your viewing pleasure. There is a wonderful restaurant with bar located on the property.

The entire place is yours to enjoy and there is a private driveway with parking for 2 cars.

Wonderful getaway!

Our stay was excellent! Plenty of room for eight of us and we enjoyed the screened in porch each morning. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Great communication with host. Easy walk into town across the bridge. Would stay again if in the area.

Exactly What We Wanted!

A group of 8 of us were in town for a college friends wedding which was nearby and this was the perfect house for us to stay in! The location, size and overall quality of the home couldn’t have been better. Jena was always responsive and she gave so many great recommendations as we have never been to this town. Perfect stay and would certainly come again!

Good house for a family

Very comfortable home for our family of 8. Th en-suite bathrooms are perfect and the layout of bedrooms provides privacy. The upstairs MBR is wonderful. The house is light filled and happy and the screened porch was great for enjoying the mornings and evenings. The kitchen is well equipped.

great location for midcoast maine

Very convenient location for mid-Maine. Didn't know the unit was three levels from description. Kitchen fairly well stocked. TV in every room. Good internet. Checkout procedure was a little strict, stripping sheets, putting away all dishes, garbage delivered to dumpster.

Lovely, well-appointed, comfortable home in a cute neighborhood and convenient location. Easy stroll to the dock and Wiscasset, plus close to many restaurants, towns, and adventures (hikes, beaches, ponds, oyster farms). Stephanie was super responsive-she even had beach towels delivered during our stay. The home was just perfect for our family vacation.

Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully organized, and felt welcoming and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well! The kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home.The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet.
