"We werent able to check in at our designated time. Our room wasnt ready until 3 hrs after the check in time while we had small babies that we needed a room for. We are expected to be there at an allotted time and yet the room we paid for is not ready so we dont even get our full time in the room. Our room was still dirty, used tooth floss, water on the bathroom counter. No comforters on the beds. Our door would barely shut. The worse part was the smell of mold in the room. My children woke up...
