"I had a very long day with delayed flights. Decided to get a last minute room in New Orleans near the airport. When I walked in she greeted me and had my paperwork and keys ready to go. I appreciated the free waters and Zapp potato chips (a local favorite.) I recognized the roses they had around the lobby. Nice touch by people who care about the atmosphere they set.
The room was ice cold which was greatly appreciated! Embossed toilet tissue, folded towels with a flair, spotless room…. Exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable bed and quiet.
Thank you for a great stay. Anytime I fly out of New Orleans you will be my hotel of choice."
