Located on almost 2 acres on the sound with a private canal protecting the east side.
There is one 44lb chocolate lab mix onsite. extremely friendly and playful on electric collar.

Cute apartment
The apartment was cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. Fishing access and hot tub on property were an added bonus. The kitchen utensils were lacking, but can be easily improved by adding a wider variety to include steak knives.
