"A great place to stay, all the staff were so helpful and friendly, often willing to do that bit extra. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped with lots of cupboard space. Nice to have a big fridge, but a kettle would be nice. Lovely facilities with pool and outdoor jacuzzi - looking at the mountains. Nice breakfast, with lots of choice and gluten free extras. Amazing spa, lovely grounds to walk in, enjoying the farm animals. You need a car to get anywhere, even some shops! Would certainly go back if I returned to the area. "This Hotel and location is gorgious, quiet, friendly, with very good service food. The location is secluded, safe, scenic and has easy access to the beach and pool side lounging. The commute back and forth to Cagliari was convenient and the surrounding villiages have plenty of shops and high quality restaurants. We highly recommend"

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay! Totally switched off and chilled out. We were also treated so well by the resort. My husband requested for my birthday a nice view, which was honoured not only that we were given a bottle of fizz to celebrate and a drink at the bar! A fabulous stay. Thanks to all!"

The Village - Chia Laguna Sardinia

"Lovely room with mini fridge, great shower and balcony and really comfortable beds. Brilliant free activities for kids and teens morning 10am, afternoon 3pm and night 9pm. Watch out for the special kids activities like art classes that come with an extra charge as these at €25 are quite pricey. Activities for adults and kids are shared across three hotels in Chia Laguna so padel and table tennis were across the road but only a couple of minutes walk. There was no yoga on when we stayed which was disappointing. Food at Domus restaurant was plentiful and varied, no junk food which was great but no pizza or gelati (if you want pizza or ice cream you need to buy it from the piazza bar). Restaurant servers were not very friendly, except for the guys bringing out the food who were excellent and very helpful. There is an optional surcharge added to your bill on check out for tips for waiting staff. There is handy free road train that goes to the beautiful sandy beach nearby every 15 minutes which is brilliant. The water is clear and safe for swimming. There is a beach bar for drinks snd ice cream and an excellent water sports centre. We went horse riding near the hotel: 1hr beginners ride €45pp. We only spent a little time by the hotel pool which has a snack bar because the sun beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The beach sun loungers are divided up by hotel so the Village section has hard sun loungers. Conrad guests get lovely padded loungers so we used them in the back row."
