"The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable for my one night stay. The guy at the desk was friendly and provided a quick check in process. Parking was not an issue. My mom and I felt safe on property. The outside of the building is not a great representation of the clean rooms, so don't let that scare you away!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this Stone Park! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The staff was friendly and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. A helpful tip for future guests: the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, so you might want to bring your own snacks or plan accordingly. However, they make up for it by providing some fantastic discounts for local places that encouraged us to explore the area. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay."

"This property was in such a great location for our needs. After checking-in, there were a number of restaurants within walking distance and a yummy ice cream shop just down the street. We had a gorgeous view of the Penobscot River and the Penobscot Narrows Bridge which is lit up at night. We lucked out with being there for Bucksport's yearly festival. My kids loved the bouncy houses and shopping at the vendor's tents. We were able to walk right out of our room to see the fireworks that evening. Side note: reviewers mention the outdated comforters, but you can ignore those comments. This is a historic hotel with a certain style. The bedspreads have large flowers, but they are not old."

"Driving by the Country Inn I never would have chosen to book, but we are SO glad that we did! We just needed a quick night on our way from Western NY to Nova Scotia- the check in was quick and friendly, and was right off the expressway. Breakfast included. Everything we needed right there. The only think I would change was the coffee! It was.. less than optimal. Otherwise 110%! "

"I liked the bathroom renovation. Finally a toilet that is high enough to be comfotable. The tub/shower is a beautiful unit. The main room althougth affordably priced is spacious. The air conditioner actually cools the room which is not the case in many hotels. It is also very quiet which is not the case with many units that have all kinds of strange noises. The king bed was very comfortable. In the past, we have not been impressed with Super Eight but this one is definitely different in many positive ways."
