"The resort is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was delicious! The breakfast wasn't included in our rate (and was $30 each to add), but there are great restuarants very close to the resort. Would definitely return!"

Friendly and professional staff and we enjoyed a very good dinner on site and the included breakfast had several options and you can choose all you wish to eat."

"A rustic resort, this property has several amenities and programs. While most of the amenities were open air (but under cover), it wasn't as "buggy" as we were expecting. Our room was very clean and screened in (bugs were not a factor). The wall fan in our room kept us cool. Judy was very helpful and friendly. The food was good. The property is between the river and the main road so you will occasionally hear some cars at night. Also, the property is only as quiet as your neighbors allow it to...

"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me.
