"The food, service and customer service at this Courtyard was amazing. From check-in, to freshly made chai offered as soon as I walked into after a long day at the office, to the breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed juices, English and Indian breakfast options, to helpful hints on traffic and traveling to the airport. It was also fun to be at a Courtyard in India because it was a 5-Star experience. The rooms were beautiful. I was so spoiled. Can't wait to go back this summer. "

"Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area."

"The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you to you all and so many others who we might have missed. You are the ones who make things work and we really appreciated it. "

"Nice looking reception and good handling in arrival and departure. A very nice room. The corridors are all but cosy and in need to be refreshed. Long waiting in restaurant. Swingpool used for children swimming school Saturday and Sunday until 12.00 leeving very few sunchairs to guests with even more limited possibility for shadow."

"Cosy functional property. Very close to ORR and Sarjapur. Rooms are decently sized and clean. Service is great and staff is very helpful. However, the beds are not good and the mattresses are very uncomfortable"

"Room is spotless. Bed is good. Room is little small but staff is cooperative. Bathroom are excellent. Location is quite strategic near to IT hub. Concept is good with play arena. TV and internet is good. BF time is late 730 AM but manageable depending upon your schedule. "

"Lot’s of reasons "

"This is a new property within a big beer garden called Backstreet. It is neither business hotel, it is safe nonetheless and some families also may like staying here. It is a good hotel for those who like to retire into a room within a beer garden, so to say."

"The room was neat and clean however certain points of improvement like safety bolt on the top side of the door. One weird observation was that the common wall between the two separate room bathrooms have a wide edge to edge gap which in turn raises serious safety and security concerns for women guests in those rooms. Additionally you need to have more women staff within your premises than men."

"Not happy with the property. They don't have a kitchen/restaurant in the hotel. We had to order every meal from swiggy or eat outside. They didn't even have a provision for tea/coffee (not everyone likes tea/coffee made in kettle). We booked a deluxe room, but room size was not upto the mark. They don't even provide hand towels. "
