"Dirty on entrance with debris on floor. Lift was out of service, Room smelt musty, air conditioning did a banging noise and vibration all night, room dirty and very dusty. Staff struggled their shoulders when I ask to speak to a manager and no other rooms available. Breakfast was very basic. No shampoo/body wash in shower "

We dined in the restaurant and the food is excellent too, our waiter was extremely polite and helpful to us being limited with our ability to speak conversational French language, so I much thank him for his patience
