Hotel staff good- restaurant food and service was terrible and Restaurant Manager did nothing- long wait food was terrible and witnessed horsing around in kitchen- two dinners cost 90 dollars for bad food and service - I complained advised reporting then was further advanced by him against my wish to advise I had spoken my distaste to leave me alone "

"The temperature in the room drastically went from where we had it set, 65 degrees to 80 degrees and kept getting hot. We called the front desk and they did nothing. We had a 1 night reservations and this was the most uncomfortable night weve ever paid for."
