"Pros: private patio, good storage space, good location, pool, playground, games. Good for families.
Cons: need to bring your own bedding, including your own pillows(the ones they provide were dirty and stained), towels, and dish soap. Not as clean as it should have been for the high cleaning fee. No laundry facility but there's a clothes hanger outside.
Expect zero communication with the property manager after paying the additional 'Nebenkosten' charge . For us it was more than half of what we...

"Nette, kleine Wohnung, gut gelegen. Habe mich hier wohl gefühlt. Es gibt auch einen Schuppen, wo man sein Fahrrad (E-bike) einschließen kann. Aber leider ohne Steckdose. Kommunikation war super, wurde nett empfangen."

"A good place.. but beware of silent additional costs added to you after you book the property. You cannot cancel for free so what you see in listing is not what pay.
Property itself is good value for money with the pool, sauna and a small Spielplatz
The communication with the owner or the property manager is downward horrible. If you don't speak good German, you will be yelled abuses over phone calls. You will never get replies to your messages over WhatsApp. Never again. Not recommended."

"The room was clean, and honestly better than you would expect for the price I got. The neighborhood felt safe and there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Instructions to find the location were clear. The locks are a little strange but the instructions were clear so I had no issues. It was quiet too. Wifi worked seamlessly. Overall no complaints, I great place for a budget stay in Bremerhaven."

"Pros: Het huis was erg schoon en rook lekker fris.
Cons: 1 minpuntje waren de eetkamerstoelen. Het verschuiven maakte veel geluid en dat geluid hoorde je ook bij de buren."
