"Sister and I took elderly father for weekend to visit nearby area where he grew up. Home was immaculate and easily accessible for my father who is frail and requires a cane for balance. Home owners very responsive and I was very impressed with their attention to detail in the home to make it a very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend."

"Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails."

"We had an awesome time riding the Hatfield & Mccoy trail system. Easy access right from the cabin to 3 trail systems and possibly a 4th if you wanted. Cabin was very nice and clean with everything we needed for the 5 of us. Alot was included and the owner was very accessible for all our needs. Once we unloaded we had access to everything with the sxs and atvs. If you are looking for a great place with beautiful views and close for riding, this is the place!!!"

"This was our 2nd visit to this property. Great accommodations for a group. Clean, well maintained. Close trail access. Nearby food, gas, groceries. 2 garages for sxs/atv storage. Plenty of parking. Large yard where our kids played. We would stay here again when visiting the southern HMT."

"The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were a few clarifications I needed to check with the owner; address was shown but when you click "get directions" and different address was populated. Items to bring was listed on the detailed page but the overview page said 3 bedrooms and didn't say bring sheets and blankets. To the owners defense, they did say check in 2 days prior. I had just got off a work trip, quick pack, and checked the property details that night, and they did respond around 1130 PM. Amazing! So my fault for not reaching out the details sooner. Lessons learned, overall we would stay here again....just make sure you contact the owner in advance."
