"This is probably the best place to stay the night before departing via Haneda Airport. I especially appreciated the fact that the staff took the trouble to arrange nightwear of my size when I made the request before arrival. The kitchenette worked exactly as hoped. However during my stay the washer-dryer failed halfway giving an E94 error, which forced me to hand dry my clothes using the (admittedly excellent) Refa hairdryer. The humidity in the room also never dropped below 70% despite my turning on the aircon to dry mode for pretty much the entire stay. If the equipment were just a little better maintained it would be perfect. "

"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel as it is very convenient for when flying in/out of Haneda. It's comfortable size room as I chose the 3 beds for me and my tween daughters to stay. Here in the month of June and a/c kept room nice and cool. I didn't have the breakfast buffet on this trip but I do recall from last trip that it is good with lots of options for everyone. This time, since we're not that big into breakfast, we opted for just something for takeout. Lawson is across the street and it's a short walk to the Omori station which is surrounded with many shops, small restaurant and coffee shops. "

"Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price. "
