"Budget hotel quality. We were happy with the price of this stay at around £100 per night for four nights. The rating stars were promising but there were a few things that made it feel very budget. The bed and pillows were hard. I didn’t notice too much initially but by the last day I was in quite a lot of pain from my shoulder from sleeping uncomfortably. There were no drink making facilities in the room which I’ve come to expect even from budget chains. The towels were small and the hairdryer was permanently wired into the bathroom, so I had to dry my hair there when I would have preferred to do it in comfort. Also the bar had a very limited snack menu. It was fine and the view was fantastic, but next time I would spend more on a better quality stay. "

No air-conditioning so window needed to be left open during the day to keep ambient temperature. Came home absolutely shattered. Beds were comfy and room clean. Traffic noise was mainly trams which run from 4am until 1am daily."
