"Charming, quirky place, more than adequate for a one night stop over. Pleasant room with nice, recently refitted bathroom - sadly very hot/stuffy during recent hot weather. EV chargers did not work for me unfortunately. Food rather uninspiring and underwhelming, otherwise would stay again."

"Our room was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Very comfy bed and all the facilities were very good."

"Overall stay was okay, venue in itself was clean and well maintained. However there was no restaurant open due to a conference being held, only the bar was open with a limited menu. Food took over an hour to arrive and staff had to be reminded several times. On arrival food was cold and at that point not enjoyable for the overly expensive price."

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"The shower in my room was broken and unusable, although I reported this to the hotel staff it remained that way for the 2 night stay I was booked in for, over a very hot weekend. I was disappointed that the shower was in the broken condition prior to my occupancy. Despite having emailed the hotel twice complaining about the situation, I as yet had no response from the hotel."
