While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. "We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "
