Lovely home in Ebeltoft with sauna

Holidays for the whole family or several families together - at any time of year. This top-insulated house is particularly energy-friendly. It is beautifully situated in the 2nd row of houses from the beach, close to the water and even has a (limited) sea view. You will find it south of Ebeltoft and in the centre of the popular Øer Strand leisure house area. The house has, among other things, large bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room with a really large, rectangular table and beautiful, modern furniture. The living room overlooks the pool area, the separate children's pool and the slide. The activity room is ready for friendly competitions, e.g. with pool and table tennis. There is a trampoline in the garden. The long coastline makes the region very popular.



Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Dejligt rummeligt sommerhus med god plads til 10-12 personer. Gode værelser med plads omkring sengene - og dejligt mange skabe i badeværelserne.Vi var 10 personer i alt, så brugte ikke hemsen, men den så OK ud.Kun køkkenet (og skabsplads der) var lidt småt. Og der “manglede” bestik, så man skulle håndopvaske - eller starte opvaskemaskinen efter hvert måltid. Men VILDT mange dybe tallerkner ……..Køleskabet kunne ikke rigtig lukkes, så der var meget is på bagvæggen, og flere madvarer frøs til is under opbevaring🙁Rengøring OK, så alt var appetitligt at tage i brug.Der manglede lys i et par sengelamper + den ene pære i emhætten. Er påtalt, så måske er det allerede klaret. Lamelgardinerne i stuen trænger også til et eftersyn!Dejlig pool, som blev brugt flittigt af de 3 børn i familie-flokken

To fine terrasser.En del ting trænger til udskiftning: trampolin, sandkasse, tæppet på vandet i poolen. Når prisenn er så høj bør det være i orden.
