This lovely vacation home awaits you with a bright and modern atmosphere on two levels and with space for a family or several couples who want to vacation together. From the bright and open living room with dining area and kitchen you can get outside to the terrace.



On the open terrace with inviting garden furniture you can watch the boats in the harbor and enjoy the view over the harbor, while you start the day with a delicious breakfast outside in warm weather.



Look forward to a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, including gymnasium, swimming pool, outdoor playgrounds and sports fields, such as soccer and padle tennis.



Just a short walk will take you to the beautiful beach, shopping and a restaurant should you not feel like cooking. In Ebeltoft you can enjoy a nice stroll. If you feel like a larger city, the lively city of Aarhus with many cultural attractions is a great place to visit.

Wir haben in Oer Maritime in den letzten Jahren mehrere Häuser gebucht und das hier ist von der Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit und auch von der liebevollen Einrichtung klar die Nummer 1. Auch hat sich der Vermieter kurz bei uns vorbeigeschaut und gefragt ob alles ok ist. Das zeigt mir es besteht starkes Eigeninteresse am Objekt und das sieht man auch. Bad ist in sehr gutem Zustand und das ist nicht ja immer der Fall. Das Haus besitzt auch eine Wall Box zum Laden von E-Fahrzeugen und die durften mir mit benutzen. Steht auch seit neuestem in den Mietbedingungen Online. Noch nicht im Handout das im Haus liegt. Parkplatz zum Laden ist direkt vor der Eingangstür und das war ideal. Gern kommen wir wieder.
