🔑 Access is via a key box located at the entrance to the apartment. The building has a digital code lock.

The building is ideally located at the entrance to the town of Eaux-Bonnes and 10 minutes from the Gourette ski resort.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building: ideal for families or older people.

🅿️ Free parking on the street in front of the building, around the park.

- Vival grocery store, 100 metres away, open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Café, bar and restaurant around the square opposite the apartment.
- Starting points for hiking or mountain biking for experienced cyclists.
- Zip-lining activity near the village in summer and the park with a children's playground opposite the apartment.

🚗 Accessible by car:
- The Gourette and Artouste resorts. Shuttle buses are also available at certain times of the year.
