"The motel in EauClaire was good, breakfast ok, outside very loud due to freeway nearby, however the rooms were quiet or soundproofed from the outside noise. The property in Manistique is nicer, quieter, walking path along the Lk Michigan , very good breakfast, nicer room - big sink outside of the bathroom, rugs in room felt cozier although i realize hard floors are more hygienic. I would recommend both places as we had positive experiences there."

"The food at City Eats was very good, very much enjoyed that restaurant. Also, loved how many options the kids had to do activities under one roof. Lots to do and we had a blast! "

"Front desk staff was WONDERFUL. Beds (mattress) incredibly cheap/uncomfortable, room walls are paper thin and internet was horrible. I did a staycation to get a few things done and simply couldn’t— and this was on a day with very few guests…I cannot FATHOM the noise on a full capacity night. All in all, a bummer to waste over $100 for an uncomfortable sleepless night (especially when I could’ve gone across the parking lot and had a pool, hot tub and amazing restaurant on site for the same...

"Suit was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast attendant was very cheerful, helped my grandchildren with their food. Pool was a hit with the grandchildren but a bit too cool for me to stay in too long. Overall I recommend this hotel highly."
