Designed and built in 2003, this sunny, bright and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a most peaceful, secluded woody setting. The tranquil surroundings feature high-bank waterfront overlooking beautiful Eastsound.

Casa Verde features an open floor plan with huge windows to the front, plentiful skylights above and soft cork flooring underfoot. The master bedroom provides an incredibly comfortable king size bed, with a luxurious queen in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Casa Verde’s furnishings, modern design and easygoing atmosphere make guests want to extend their stay or come back again and again.

Cooking is a dream in the expansive kitchen with island seating for four, a deluxe Viking range and the perfect layout for entertaining. All chefs can mingle with the party as the house flows from the kitchen all the way out the front doors and onto the sprawling deck with dining table and chairs overlooking Eastsound.

From the deck, guests will admire the water view, sunrise and sunset over Mt. Constitution while feeling grounded and at peace in the surrounding fir, maple, and cedar trees around the property.

There are two large seasonal hammocks (May thru Sept) hung in giant cedars near the water’s edge for the pleasure of peaceful reading, listening to birds and relaxing nature at its best.

Other amenities include a Propane BBQ outside, Gas fireplace, CD / DVD player, TV with YouTubeTV and AppleTV, Washer and Dryer. And if your work has to come along or you’re planning your next novel, you can plug right into the private desk area with its telephone and an internet connection for your laptop.
