"The good: Great location- right on a beautiful lake. The host provides access to boats. Kim is very helpful, and easy to reach. The house is in a nice little community- good place to relax with family/friends, hike, boat, etc. The appliances seemed to be working fine. There was hot water. The not so good: The property is very old with a weird layout. There is unsecured storage area in one side of the property. Everything in the house is very dated. "If you are looking for a great centralized location to visit the Seattle area, this is the place for you. We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night.
