As a young female staying alone, it was a bit scary walking near the apartment at night because of drunks and other undesirables :( "

"Really nice property close to bootham Bar with everything we needed for a great weekend. Parking within York was an added bonus for our group. Highly recommend"

"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well. All in all a brilliant...

"A great stay . perfect central location. Surprisingly good choice at breakfast. My only slight negative is that on hotels.com website I understood the parking was at he hotel , but was at a local q park. More finding places in a busy city and not able to easily go back to car to leave or collect things although a few mins parking by hotel ok for main luggage.Costly parking too despite discount ,Would however go agaon as otherwise perfect"
